At Dark Elegant Nails, your time and mine are both valuable. To provide the best service to all clients, the following cancellation and no-show policy is in place: Booking Policy ● A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will go toward your total service cost. ● Appointments are confirmed once the deposit is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling ● You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. ● If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required for future bookings. ● Same-day reschedules are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. No-Show Policy ● No-call/no-show appointments will result in 1/2 charge for the missed service. ● After two no-shows, you may be required to prepay in full for any future services, or may no longer be eligible to book. Late Arrivals ● A 15-minute grace period is allowed. ● If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited. ● Clients who are consistently late may lose booking privileges. Emergencies I understand that life happens. In the case of a genuine emergency, please contact me as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
